What a champ Abbey was this morning!  Nothing went the way it always does, routine went right out the window, but she went with the flow, no problem!

Of course routines are important for our kids for many reasons, teach them what they need to do and in what order, and to decrease their anxiety by knowing what is going to happen…but days like today happen!  It’s important to mix it up sometimes so that when nothing goes as planned, they don’t fall apart!
